AUGUST MEETING PLACE HAS CHANGED
The meeting place for the August meeting will be at the meeting room in the County Agriculture Building.  311 Fair Lane.  Go straight throu the front door and then a slight right.   

The month of August we will be doing a lesson on
Pulled Threads taught by Jill Baker.  Jill had kitted everything.  All you need to bring is your normal stitching supplies.

We have a new item for our scholarship drawing.  Linda D. has stitching a beautiful Halloween piece and finished it into a box.  I'm sure you all know what beautiful finishing work Linda does. 

Reminder!!!!! Chapter meeting Monday night. We will be having a round table discussion on Tips, Trials, Tools and general questions. Bring any special tools that you feel you can't live without, maybe others haven't tried them yet. We will discuss Tips to make a project easier and or Trials you are having with a piece that you need help with. It will be a fun evening and we will all go home with more knowledge and ideas.

The Spring Scholarship drawing will be beaded mini ornaments.  There is one for each season.

Scholarship Fund "Basket"

Our first offering this year is again based on the wonderful things we can pick up at Seminars, Retreats and Region Meetings.  In addition to the mementos from various past events, there are also outstanding learning opportunities included.  The drawing for this wonderful package will be at a meeting later this year.  You do not need to be present to win.

If none of our members is attending the 2013 National Seminar in Louisville, the fund will be rolled forward for the 2014 GPR Region Seminar in Reno, Nevada OR the 2014 National Seminar in Phoenix, Arizona.
